When I started A House on a Rock Home Inspections, I knew instantly that I wanted a relational business, not a transactional business. I had not heard of those terms at the time, and I did not know what that would look like.
All I know was that I wanted to develop and maintain long term relationships with my clients even though on average, they only hire us every seven years.
